TX Landlord Docs is published by Innovations App Lab ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the TX Landlord Docs iOS app.
TX Landlord Docs does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, no ads and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone, and we can't see it.
The app saves the following only on your device, using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData):
We never receive this information, so we can't see it and can't recover it if it's lost. Deleting the app deletes it. Use Settings → Export Backup to keep your own copy.
When you export a backup or share a PDF, it goes only where you choose to send it, such as iCloud Drive, Mail, Messages or a printer. That service's own privacy policy then applies. We never receive a copy.
Deadline reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification server is involved and nothing is sent to us.
The optional Lifetime Unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. These do not identify you, and you can turn this off any time in iOS Settings.
TX Landlord Docs is a tool for landlords and property managers. It is not directed at children under 13, and it collects no information from anyone.

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version at this address.
